Scope of Practice:
The Fort Madison office is a broad based family practice clinic. Patients of all ages are seen at this office. The Fort Madison practice offers a full range of proactive family medicine services and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of allergies and asthma, complete laser skin services and bioidentical hormone evaluation and treatment.

Office Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - noon, 1pm - 5pm
Saturday 9am - noon (once per month)
Phones are answered until 5pm for appointment scheduling.
Last allergy shot are given at 4:15pm.
